ARTICLE 2: FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT AND ORDERS

2.1 Rates

The sale prices of the products are indicated in Euros or in USD Dollars depending on the means of sale (instagram, facebook, etc.) and are those in force at the time of registration of the order by the Buyer.
They do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the geographical area of ​​the Buyer. The shipping costs are indicated before the registration of the order by the Buyer. The amount invoiced takes into account any commissions and fees applied by Paypal. It may therefore differ from the amount announced.

2.2 Product characteristics

In accordance with article L.111-1 of the consumer code, the Buyer may, prior to his order, take note, on the sales medium (instgram or facebook), of the essential characteristics of the product(s) he want to order.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not bind the seller.

2.3 Order

Any order implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these conditions of sale.
Any dispute relating to the sale will be subject to French law before the court of PUY EN VELAY (63) in France. The Buyer declares to have read and accepted the present general conditions of sale at the time of the validation of his order. Knives, daggers etc. are prohibited for sale to minors.
The sale will only be considered final after the order confirmation has been sent to the Buyer by OPUS Knives & Design by e-mail and receipt by the latter of the full price. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by OPUS Knives & Design constitutes proof of all transactions made by OPUS Knives & Design and its customers. OPUS Knives & Design recommends that the Buyer keep this information in a paper or computer document.

ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT

Payment must be made when ordering by the Buyer.
At no time can the amounts paid be considered as deposits or installments. All orders are payable in euros or dollars.
To pay for his order, the Buyer has the following payment methods: Credit card, bank payment in 3 X and bank transfer. OPUS Knives & Design reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Buyer or in payment incident.
As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.

ARTICLE 4: SHIPPING

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer during the ordering process.
Our goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. Delivery times are those given by LA POSTE. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages.

4.1 Deadlines France

Colissimo: For France, parcels are sent by registered Colissimo. The deadline is 2 working days. The registered colissimo is delivered against signature.

Small products are sent by letter followed. A follow-up letter announced LIVRE by the tracking number can in no case result in a refund or replacement of the products.

4.2 Export deadlines

For foreign countries, parcels are sent in registered priority mode. Delivery times are 4 to 20 working days depending on the country of destination. These deadlines are provided for information only.

4.3 Transport Claims

In the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the date initially fixed or in the event that the goods are damaged during their transport, the Buyer must notify OPUS Knives & Design in writing (mail, fax, email). in order to allow OPUS Knives & Design to carry out an investigation with the carrier.
An investigation with the carrier can take up to 21 working days.
If during this period the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to the place of delivery designated in the order form.
On the other hand, if the product ordered is not found after 21 days of investigation, OPUS Knives & Design will reimburse the products ordered by the Buyer at its own expense.
Reservations of control of the goods must be indicated in writing in the delivery slip and any complaint must be sent by registered letter to the carrier within 48 hours after delivery.

ARTICLE 5: COMPLAINT

To be accepted, any claim for non-conformity or missing must be sent within eight days of receipt of the goods by registered letter addressed to OPUS Knives & Design.

ARTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITY

OPUS Knives & Design is released from its obligation to deliver for all fortuitous cases or force majeure.
For information, total or partial strikes including postal services and means of transport and / or communication, floods, fires are cases of force majeure. OPUS Knives & Design cannot be held liable for any consequential damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. OPUS Knives & Design cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, files. It is the Buyer's responsibility to make all the necessary backups.

ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, OPUS Knives & Design reimburses the Buyer for the sums paid (excluding fixed shipping) insofar as the product delivered is returned to OPUS Knives & Design in perfect condition for resale, without have been used and in its original condition (packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.), postage paid.
Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer.
THIS DOES NOT CONCERN PERSONALIZED KNIVES SAID CUSTOM WHICH ARE NEVER EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

ARTICLE 8: RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

OPUS Knives & Design retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF RISKS
The burden of risks is automatically transferred to the buyer depositary as soon as he takes possession of the goods.

ARTICLE 10: EXPORT

In the case of an export sale, OPUS Knives & Design disclaims all liability in the event of non-compliance with local legislation and customs regulations. Customs taxes and other taxes specific to certain countries remain the responsibility of the buyer.

ARTICLE 11: RIGHT OF FREEDOMS

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the Buyer has a right to access, rectify and request the deletion of data concerning him. OPUS Knives & Design undertakes, therefore, to effectively provide this service as soon as possible.

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 27 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the information necessary to process requests will not be communicated to third parties without the Buyer's prior consent.
